Sabatini Oil is created with the typical Tuscan blend, the olive trees are pruned and harvested only by hand, and no chemicals or
fertilizers are used.
Harvest in the autumn is a moment of togetherness and celebration, followed by the “cold-press” milling of the olives. The oil is
allowed to decant naturally in terracotta jars until the spring, when it is bottled.
