Cold-rolled reinforcing bars production line is the new & high techinical equipment which we designed and developed independently with years practical experience after absorbing advanced technology from other similar products both home and abroad.The production line was controlled by a microcomputer with a touch screen ,and its mainly characteristics are not only advancing process ,compact structure ,energy-efficient but also easy to use.The φ5-φ11 cold rolled 2 ribs bar processed by our equipment conforms to the state standard GB13788-2000 which is not only widely used in the construction industry but also hot in the steel market .
Product Process
Cold-rolled ribbed steel bars are processed by 5 Steps whith mainly 5 equipments
1 Scaling machine
First the hot rolled wire rod (wire rod,coil rod,rolled steel wire,rod coil ) will be de-rusted and reduced by Scaling machine
2 rolling mill
Second the steel wire will be pressed to form crescent ribs on 2 sides of the surface by Rolling mill
3 Mid-frequency heat treatment equipment
Third the steel wire will be heated by Mid-frequency heat treatment equipment
4 Flying shear (steel bar cutting machine )
Fourth the steel wire will be measured and cut by Flying shear
5 Flip rack
Fifth the fished cold ribbed steel bars will be packed by Flip rack
