Because of a flake shape, the ice would fill the gap and block the surrounding heat when directly covering the target object. For this reason, the ice effectively maintains its freezing temperature. Dry Flake Ice
Flake ice is dry, pure, powder-less, not easy to block. Flake ice thickness is about 1.8mm-2mm, without edges or corners which can protect the cooling food, fish, seafood and other products.
Flake ice has a large surface area, a target object can be cooled down quickly.
Particularly, it can be used for solving a target object in water and then rapid-ly freezing it.
