General Usage Step:

1. Mix the pigment with the white medium, the ration between the pigment and the white medium toner is according to your color require.

 

2. Mix the pigment mixture (pigment+ white medium) with the printing oil/ilk, the ratio between the pigment mixture and the oil is about 100:50, then use the printing machine to print the color onto the glass. Let it dry in the room temperature o

 

3. Print the white back coating powder onto the glass mosaic, this white back coat is to cover the color for the glass mosaic.

 

4. Put the colored glass chips onto the refractory slab and deliver the slab onto the kiln, the inner temperature for the kiln is 760 C-860 C. you can adjust the temperature according to your products require.

 

5. After firing 10-15 minutes in the kiln furnace, you will  get the colorful mosaic tiles you prefer.
