FHC Salt Water Chlorinator has been used in the market for many years. There are two types of titanium electrodes for salt chlorinator: one is bipolar (self-cleaning with reversing polarities in a period of 0.05-24 hours) and another is monopole (polarities are not reversed during the electrolysis process and usually a manual cleaning is required).

Salt chlorinators have added a new dimension to the concept of pool water treatment, as they increase the quality of the water, do not need chemical products and make maintenance work easier.

 

Water treatment by electrolysis is a closed cycle in which salt is not consumed. Chlorine is generated from table salt dissolved in the water, without the need to store or handle chemical products. The chlorine generated destroys organic matter and patho-gens in the water and turns back into salt. Disinfection is more effective than in other systems due to the combined action of chlorine and the active oxygen that are generated during electrolysis.

 

The salt chlorinator cell characteristics:

1. Self cleaning reverse polarity.

2. High quality titanium cells.

3. Transparent cell.

4. Maximum working pressure: 250 kpa.

5. The brine strength is 3 ~ 5 Gram/l.

6. The cell lifetime is not less than 10000 hr.

7. The pool capacity range: Cool climates, 40,000 ~180,000 liters.  Hot climates, 25,000 ~120,000 liters.

8. The inside diameter of the inlet & outlet pipe is 50 mm.

9. We don't have power supply.

 

We have five self cleaning reverse polarity Salt chlorinator cell: RP-10, RP-15, RP-20, RP-25, RP-35, their operating parameters are as follows:

1, RP-10 salt chlorinator cell operational parameters: The operating condition is 10 DCA / 5 ~ 7 DCV.  The output is 10 Gram active chlorine / hr.

2, RP-15 salt chlorinator cell operational parameters: The operating condition is 15 DCA / 5 ~ 7 DCV.  The output is 15 Gram active chlorine / hr.

3, RP-20 salt chlorinator cell operational parameters: The operating condition is 20 DCA / 5 ~7 DCV.  The output is 20 Gram active chlorine / hr.

4, RP-25 salt chlorinator cell operational parameters: The operating condition is 25 DCA / 5 ~ 7 DCV.  The output is 25 Gram active chlorine / hr.

5, RP-35 salt chlorinator cell operational parameters: The operating condition is 35 DCA / 5 ~ 7 DCV.  The output is 35 Gram active chlorine / hr.
