Introduction of this carbonization furnace

   

Sawdust carbonization Furnace, as the name suggests, is the equipment mainly used for carbonising sawdust. Capacity of it is much larger, can reach 200kg/hr for it is continuous type. Sawdust is transferred to the furnace by screw conveyor, after 5-7 minutes'carbonization. 

It adopts the superior purifying technology, made from special high temperature resistant material, and show the features of stable and wear well, freeing from oxidation and deformation, superior insulating property, easy operation, safety and reliable,  no carbonization blind spot with double chimney, finished products ratio more than 95%, labor and time saving, and one person can operate several carbonization stove simultaneously.
