TH-150E Laminating Machine

mainly used for the precise lamination production of high quality and highly elastic underwear fabrics with foam, plain fabric, knitted fabrics and etc.

 

Merits:
1. It is widely applied in different industries. Water-based glue and oil-based glue can be fit.

 

2. It is only required 4 persons to operate this machine if you laminate rolled-up foam materials, saving labor cost.

 

3. Compared with TH-120B, net belt is longer, and laminating time is longer. when the foam and fabric enter into big roller, it will pass through 1st safety roller to make lamination automatically.

 

4. With automatic oven drying to control temperature and time, it improves the drying for laminated materials.

 

5. With cooling functions, it keeps the light color foam or fabric materials not to be non-discoloring after cooling and rolled up.

 

6. Electrostatic dispose: Foam with fabric laminating by high temp will be easily produced static electricity, but after this anti-electrostatic device, it won't occur flame so as to avoid electric shock.

 

Features:

1. Unique gluing and sizing way, making the materials glued and coated more evenly and saving glue consumption. Water-based glue as well as oil-based glue is available.

 

2. Whether the whole bundle or flaky materials can be carried by conveyor belt to be coated glue and sizing. The raw materials can be pressed strongly by high-strength net belt so as to be laminated firmly much more.

 

3. Adopting second drying and air-cooling, not only reducing the procedures and saving cost, also it make the products laminated out more breathable and comfortable with soft-hand feeling.

 

4. Saving much cost and labor than traditional laminating machines.
