First. Feed unit
Front feeding system
1.FRONT-EDGE feeding unit ensures the stability , frequency and accuracy.
2.Variable frequency drive control for vacuum blower fan for increased or decreased vacuum suction to match different sizes of paperboard
3.The side and front board are driven by wire rod connecting the electric adjustment or digital regulation, the left side is patting device.
4.The distance of the front board can be adjusted by the paper thickness, plus the auto-lock. Function.
5.The feeding system is flexible with continuous and skipping mode, which guarantees the large-scale paperboard to be produced.
6. The Operation Panel is equipped withPLC touch screen which contains the controller of quantity and speed in the way of start, stop and changing the speed.
Working units motorized open and Close :
1.Working units are motorized for Open and Close action, with warning alarm system, when the machine is working, the Alarm bell shall continuously sound to ensure the user's safety.
2.Vapour Pressure Interlock device can be closely and conveniently locked.
3.The transmission axis is equipped in case of overload.
4.The overall lock system can ensures the smooth operation.
5. The main motor is assembled with protective device from the starting up when the units are not fully closed and locked and the lock system will be deadlocked against turning .
The sweeping system:
Dust removal system with several brushes and negative pressure suction machine can greatly clean the impurity from the paperboard, to achieve the high printing quality.

feeding rollers
1.The upper feeding roller use rubber roller which contains two faces.The inner part is soft and the outer part is hard. S o ,the feeding process is stable and the rubber can be fabricated sooner.Fast dismounting replacement and the dynamic balance adjustment is adopted.
3.The gap of worm-gear case can be adjusted according to the thickness of paperboard. It also be equipped with lock device. The scope of it is between 2 to 11MM.
Second. Printing Part
Printing scroll
1.Containing plate diameter phi 396mm
2. The printing cylinder is made of fine materials with harden treatment and chesrome plating, adjusted under the Static correction which runs smoothly with high speed.
3.The rollers are carved the reference line in the horizontal direction and the circumferential direction.
