3.  Applications

Mode of Action

Sulfonylurea non-selective herbicide, which inhibits the synthesis of amino acid branched chain. The cell division of growth point will be restrained until the weed dies.

Crops

To establish forest isolation belt, clean the forest after lumbering.

For orchard of apple, orange, tee.

Control

Annual and perennial Gramineae weeds, broadleaved weeds, shrub.

Dosage

e.g. sulfometuron-methyl 10%WP, control of shrub on forest: 1050~3000g/ha.

Specific dosage depends on different situation.

Application method

Spray. Post and pre emergence.

5.  First Aid Measures

General advice: Consult a physician.

If inhaled. If breathed in, move person into fresh air.

If not breathing, give artificial respiration

In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and plenty of water

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 min.

If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water.
