Corrugated Fin Forming Machine for making transformer tank

 

Used for making fin radiator for transformer corrugated tank.

Working flow of the machine

 

uncoiling -- coil feeding -- plate folding -- cutting -- run-out

 

Fin pitch and fin height should be manually adjusted limit switches. Fin quantity can be preset in the PLC.

 

 

Main components of transformer corrugated fin machine:

 

1. Decoiler: mechanical expansion, passive, capacity 5T.

 

2. Hydraulic station: max. pressure 21MPa, max. flux 40L/min, pump motor 22kW; main hydraulic components are from Taiwan.

 

3. Main forming unit: hydraulic driven, automatic forming.

 

4. Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins.

 

5. Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.

 

6. PLC control system: PLC is SIEMENS, touch screen, electric components are Schneider brand

 

  

Seaworthy export standard packing for the machine. All machine parts are well fastened and fixed by blocks and wire ropes.

Normally one machine needs one 20 feet container for shipping.

1. Machine installation & commissioning, training:

1 technician will be dispatched to Buyer’s plant for installation & commissioning. Work period: in 5 days

The expense of round trip tickets, accommodation, safety and interpretation shall be covered by Buyer, additional pay allowance to the technicians.
