The coffee trees are grown in 2-3 years to produce fruits for Robusta and 4-5 years for Arabica.

The coffee cherries are ripe in many periods so the crop is mostly picked by hand in a labor-intensive and difficult process

Next, the coffee will be washed in water after the impurities such as leaves, branches... are removed.

The processing must begin as quickly as possible to prevent fruit spoilage.

The freshly harvested cherries are passed through a pulping machine to remove the skin from the bean.

For different export requirements, coffee will be polished or roasted.
