Product Description
Jiajialy Nano Heat Reflective Coating is a premium white roof and metal coating formulated with resins,hollow glass beads(HGB) and other material. The elongation, peel strength and solar reflectance values of this coating offer weather protection, high solar reflectivity and superior longevity when compared to economy grade reflective coatings. 

 

Where to Use
1.Well adhered, weathered, previously coated white or metal roof surfaces

2.Stucco and masonry parapet walls
3.Cement concrete surface

1. Sunlight Reflectivity: 0.88


2. Hemispherical Emissivity: 0.88


3. Near Infrared Ray Reflectivity: 0.87


4. Temperature Difference between coated and uncoated will be around 10 Celsius degrees.

Coverage

1. By Roller:2-3 M2/KG(two layers);


2. By Spray:2-3 M2/KG(two layers);


3. By Brush:2-3 M2/KG(two layers);

Theoretically, 1 kg can cover about 3-5 square meters.
