Precision Pins, Precision Shafts, Dowels and Dowel Pins are custom-manufactured to your specifications, with length and diameter tolerances depending upon the size and end configuration.

 

Crowned, rounded spherical, and chamfered ends (including chamfer on both ends) are available. All materials
are through-hardened, except carbon steel.

  

 

Size Range

Diameter: 031" to 1.000" (.787mm to 31.750mm)
Length: 125" to 3.000" (3.17mm to 76.2mm)

 

Standard Material

- 52100 chromium steel - 8620 alloy steel
- 440C stainless steel - 1008/1010 carbon steel

 

Design Attributes

Needle rollers with a controlled contour profile are available to reduce end stresses.
