Introduction of bone crusher:

The bone crusher is a high efficiency grinding equipment with newest technology. The principle of the bone crushing machine’s operation and work is vertical type. So, it has advantages of running fast, not hot, convenient operation and washing.

The machine improves the shear force and impact resistance of the single blade. Besides, the front blade increases the blade cutting angle and improves the cutting efficiency.

The blade installation of the bone crushing machine can be adjusted. The blade also can be sharpened while it is blunt.

Application:

Bone crushing machine particularly suitable for dry, fresh cow big bones, pig bones, sheep bones, donkey bones, big bones and other animal bones and fish bones broken.

Bones obtained during slaughter were cleaned, boiled in water and dried for several months. After that, they were suitable for crushing with the special machine into a relatively dry gritty powder which was used as fertilizer.
