1.0  GENERAL

A.  Fans is 11-62 Series Multi-blades Extractor fan .as manufactured by Guangdong Gaoze Ventilation Equipment Ltd Co.,of Shunde, Foshan,China.and of the size and capacity as indicated on the following specifications.

B.  Fans got CCC & CE & ISO 9001 approval.and shall be tested before shippment.

C.  All motor and blades,housing are also supplied.

D.  Fans has the profermance of high efficicency,low noise and low revolution.

 

 

2.0  FAN HOUSING

A.  Fans adopt the structure of advanced logarithmic spiral housing.

B.  Fans shall be made of superior steel by welding with enough strength and rigidity.

C.  Applying the latest muffler structure resulted in good effect of noise reduction.

D.  Fans housing could be customized to stainless steel.

E. The angle of fan outlet can be adjusted to 0 ° 90 ° &180 °.

 

3.0  FAN IMPELLER

A.  Centrifugal impeller shall be made of superior steel. Multd-blades & Forward curved.

B.  Centrifugal impeller feactures high aerodynamic performances

     low noise and stable running after dynamic and static balance adjustment.

 

 

4.0  FAN MOTOR AND DRIVE

A.  Motor shall be 100% copper.

B.  Voltage, Frequency & Materials could be customized.

C.  Horsepower & RPM as the following specification schedule.

D.  The fan is not appended bearing support,impeller and motor drive directly.
