PCY-III-1400 High-Temperature linear expansion coefficient tester
The equipment adopts computer and intelligent instrument (single chip) techniques to achieve detect and control the overall process of physical quantity displacement and temperature experiment. Moreover, it can realize off-line working, online realize automatic testing. Work in the environment of English Windows xp/sp2, with friendly English users operating interface; off-line state detected by intelligent instrument, manual testing. The equipment is mainly used in testing thermal expansion of ceramics, metal, alloy, graphite, refractory material, precision mold shell, core material, and other solid materials.Trough onboard computer complete instrument control capabilities and graphical run time experimental monitor and report generation functions , tabular data, expansion vs. temperature graph, CTE vs. Temperature graph, Temperature vs. time and expansion vs. time graph. it provides modern test method for testing material products’ physical properties testing, scientific research, and teaching in factories and research institutions.
The instrument meets the standard in GB/T3810.8-2006 /ISO10545-8: 1994 Ceramic tiles test method, part 8: Linear thermal expansion determi- nation test requirements.
