NH-90S Hot Melt Fusing Machine

 

Function: It is an essential ideal machine used for fuse bonding the lining and fabrics in garments industry. It is the latest fusing machine for bonding the lingerie, shirt collar, suits and etc via high temperature and high pressure and rapid bonding.

 

Features:

1. Specially-made independent pressing way on both ends, pressure roller adopts silica gel to wrap the cylinder to keep the pressure steady and uniformly spread in the roller so as to make sure the best bonding effect.

 

2. Independent three-phrase heating system controlled by the electronic temperature controller, it makes the heating plates running for long time to reach the ideal effect.

 

3. It adopts the special monitoring system, which can monitor if the heating, the pressure and the machine runs normally or not and makes the maintenance to be easy and handy.

 

4. Super ventilation cooling system makes the fabrics to be formed after the fuse bonding in a short time.

 

5. It adopts the advanced belt correction system and belt cleaning system. Compared with adjusting bias by force, it makes the service life to be prolonged around 30% running time. The cleaning system insures the belt working in the best cleanliness rather than affecting the fabric surface.

 

6. Suitable for fusing press & bonding the linings and fabrics with high-temperature.
