About HYD THC/CNC
1996 made first capacitive torch height controller (Analog circuit);
1998 made first arc voltage torch height controller (Analog circuit);
2003 designed SCM based PTHC (Ontime);
2004 set up HYD.CNC Tech Co, stopped developing of immature Ontime THC, and returned to Analog Circuit design, developed XPTHC-100, CHC-200D, and simplified XPTHC-II
2006 made XPTHC-100II, CHC-200DII, and XPTHC-III;
2007 made HYD cnc controller and universal operation console,
2008 made capacitive CHC-300 for YAG laser cutting;
2009 started to co-design THC with Messer China, and developed XPTHC-200; Koike started to use CHC-200DII
2010 made XPTHC-100III
2011 made new generation THC, XPTHC-300, and CHC-200E.
2012 designed DC version cap THC for Zinser, and new laser CHC-300.
2013 designed PTHC-200DC and XPTHC-Portable300,
2014 designed XPTHC-4 stand alone THC for low cost plasma torch height control.
2015 fully automatic cap THC will come soon, new auto focus system for high speed laser cutting is ready, new PC based cnc controller for plasma/flame/waterjet/laser cutting is already under testing....

In 2015, we just developed THC with brushless motor for higher control accuracy and save cost at the same time.
In 2016, our servo based torch height control for high speed(laser cutting) application is ready to go to market. We can design any kind of torch height control for your specific application!
HYD motion control card will come in 2016 too. We will bring China CNC controller to a new level. Currently China market is full of ARM controller, which is cheap but not user-friendly and reliable. We will supply PC based CNC controller at similar cost level as ARM controller.
Not just work on our own CNC controller, we also design operation console for Hypertherm's EDGE series, FastCut, Burny controller... to standardize CNC cutting machine production for China OEM machine manufacturers.

1)10.4 inches 1024*768 dots color LCD, USB interface.
Man-Machine-Dialog software and Professional Hot Key design for easy cutting operation, user-friendly as Hypertherm’s EDGE controller.
2)Multi-language file system and menu, and the menu can be switched only by one key.
3)DSP core can control the machine move in high speed accurately, stably and in low noise.
4) Long-distance remote control can control the machine to move forward ,backward, left, right and cutting start, stop and so on (optional configuration).
5) Support the EIA code (G code) and various FastCAM,FreeNest,SmartNest,IBE softwares.
6) compact keyboard design and easy to input files.

19) According to plate thickness, the cutting speed is automatically restricted by a speed limit in the corner, effectively preventing over burn.
20)Dynamic/static illustration of the process, graphics zoom in / out, dynamically tracking cut-off point under zooming state.
21)Automatically memorize the working situation and the last cutting point when power off.
22) "Cutting offset" function can avoid waste the steel plate when the nesting of the plate is calculated wrong.
