2. Q: How to control your quality?

A: We arrange QC to test quality during each fabric production process, so as to find and solve problem

at beginning.

3. Q: Can i have color sample book?

A: We don’t have color sample book. we always customize fabric color for every order, you could provide

Pantone color code or send color sample to us, we will follow it.

4. Q: Can i get sample?

A: Sure, we can send A4 size sample, but we would like you can pay courier charge.

5. Q: Can you suggest what fabric suitable for us?

A: Sure, we can give you some suggestion. After know your selling products, we will introduce best selling

sample suitable for your products. If you know detail specification, we can collect similar samples to you.

If you have fabric sample on hand, we can analyse your fabric and introduce our similar fabric to you.

6. Q:What is your Minimum quantity ?

A: Usually, we need 1,000-2,000m to start production. Sometime, we can also produce in small quantity,

pls ask our sales if you need.

7. How about your package and shipment?

A: We use roll package, each roll has tube inside and plastic bag outside. We can also pack as per your

request.For shipment, we can ask our own forwarder to ship by sea, air, door to door etc.

8. Q: How long to deliver the products?

A: Usually, we need 30-40days to complete order. Some special specification will be negotiated.

9. Q: What’s your payment term?

A: T/T 30%depsite and 70%balance before shipment or L/C at sight.

10. Q: How is your after sale service?

A: We will undertake the problem because of us, Pls contact us to negotiate before fabric cut.
