First, main physical and chemical index

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Solubility: Benzene, alcohol, ether and so on

 

Second, main application

1. It can be used as curing agent for silicone high-temperature paint under normal temperature. It can dry quickly, improve cross-link density. The advantages also contain water resistance and solvent resistance.

2. It can be used as base material of heat resistance paint to make 500-600℃metal high temperature resistance paint. It can improve coating film’s hardness and adhesive force.

3. LD-1093 is curing accelerator and modified additive of polyester enameled wire lacquer. It can lower coating film’s baking temperature, add its adhesive force to the metal, make coating film’s surface smooth. And it can also improve coating film’s insulating properties, solvent-resistant, anti-aging, wear resistance and mechanical strength.

4. Used as surface treatment agent for metal powder. It can prevent metal powder surface from being oxidated.

5. The product can be used as anti oxidant for some coatings when added a little. It can restrain coating’s crust and film’s wrinkling, improve coating’s durability. What’s more, it can reduce pulverization tendency and improve gloss retention and pigment’s wetting ability.

 

Third, usage and dosage

Add the product at the process of paint preparation. Recommended amount is 1-3% of the total amount. The optimal dosage should be confirmed after test.
