Product description:

 

On the basis of Model Z pump, pulp pump of Model ZC is our company's update product by digesting and assimilating foreign advanced technology, combined with the papermaking industry and design of a renewal product, it accords with technological requirements of pulping, paper-making, chiefly used for transorting the wood pulp of concentration below 6%, at the same time, it also to transport the syrup, starch, chemical slurry, industrial sewage, etc. 

 

 

Structure and design feature of model ZC pump 

 

(1). Double volute for a big one can decrease the radial force

(2). The outer adjustable lining board may keep in line with the gap of impeller, which makes the pump run continously and effectively.

(3). Open impellerwith a wide sprue, makes the strong and effective trafficability, and also can transmit some sunstance containing certain gas.

(4). Sub-impller dynamic sealing, it will make the pump without leakage after a long-time use, meanwhile multi-shaft gland can be configured.

(5). The rotor can be drawn out backwards without dismantling equipments during maitaining.
