Hank Dyeing Process:

Wet Rayon Cake-press washing-dewater-drying-conditioning—coning-hank-jet dyeing-drying-winding on cone

Advantage: it is a traditional dyeing process and easy to handle, the yarn is colorful and brightfull.

Disadvantage: too many process steps cause too many broken filaments and defacts, due to hank weight is about 200- 250 grams, to make 1 kg cone, it will have more knots. It is hard to dye the yarn below 120D. The hank dyeing process will take more time and bring more pollution.

Cone dyeing process

Advantage: not so many process steps and little pollution

Disadvantage: process condition is strict and very hard to mater it very well

Dope dyed process

Adding dyeing stuff into viscose dope-wet Rayon Cake-press washing-dewater-drying-conditioning-cone

Advantage: process step is less, little pollution, less broken filament, less knots

Disadvantage: every color production change cost is much high, need large minimum order and the color is not so bright as other dyeing process

Cake Dyeing Process

Wet Cake-dye-drying-winding on cone

Advantage: very less dyeing process, much less broken filament and knows, minimum order will be 50kg only. There are only 2-3 knots on 1kg cone. The brightness of yarn is as good as hank dyeing.

Disadvantage: very hard to mater the process, but our factor spend 3 year to make it.

From above mentioned process and we know the cake dyeing process is the best process, less knots, less broken filament, high quality
