1. Ceramic Grades

 

 

Application
Semi finishing and/or finishing operation for gray cast iron, engine liner, tube scarfing etc.

Features
It is mainly composed of high purity alumina with high dentisy and fine grain. It gains the chracter of high hard, stable at high temprature and chemicaly stable. These characterisitc leads to good wear resistant at high speed finishing of gray cast iron.

 

 

 

2.Cermet Grades

 

 

 

 Application
Finishing for steel turing and grooving, iron sintered alloy turing, semi-finishing operation for ductile cast iron, machining for bearing parts, tube scarfing.

Features
There are 3 type of cermet, TiC-TiN, Carbide and Nitride. PVD coated cermet also available.
Especialy TiC-TiN cermet is superior to high heat resistance and anti-oxydization comparing to WC. Also, owing to low affinity to work piece, good surface condition after cuting is expected.

 

 

 

3. Micro Grain Carbide Grades

 

 

Application
Prepare for covering machining carbon steel, iroy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass etc.

Features
PVD coated carbide grade, with toughness and hardness by reducing the size of WC hard grain, which are the main component of carbide.
Due to this, it attains sharp edge and good wear resitance, so that it matches precision parts maching requirements.
Also, many special shape developed from the view point of the user is prepared.

 

 

 

4. Coated Carbide Grades

Application
General turning for gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and steel.

Features
Coating by chemical vaperization deposition(CVD) on tough carbide realizes good wear resitance, good coating adhesion and anti chipping property.
CP1 is available for gray cast iron and ductile case iron.
CP7 is available for rough and semi-finish operation for steel machining.

 

 

 

 

5. Cubic Boron Nitride Grades

 

Application
This product is used for the cutting of ultra-hard material (HRC60 or more), wet high-speed finish-cutting, and slice-cutting of normal cast iron.
This is a high-performance tool material with a high level of hardness at room and high temperatures due to the combination of CBN and a special binder, and it causes little chemical reaction with work materials.

Features
Even if the product is used for the cutting of materials that are difficult to cut, its long life is maintained. Dimension precision and finish surface roughness are maintained for a long time.
Line up composed of both coated solid CBN B16 and CBN blazed type on multi-corners, called EZ cube series, offers optimum choice.
