About the sample fee

Q1. Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the raw material and labour cost, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

Q2.How much is the sample fee?
The account is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, but if there are many logo stamp,embroideries or printings, and it is very complex, the sample fee will be higher.Also the sample fee will refund you when you place order.

Q3. Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

Yes, the sample fee will be refunded to you when you place order.

Q4.What is the sample time?
It is 5-10 days according to the different samples. If you want the sample urgently, it can be done within 1-3 days.

Q5.If I send my own sample to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I pay the sample fee?
Once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.You just need to pay the delivery cost. But depend on the designs and customize work.

Q6.How about the sample freight?
If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

Q7. If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?
Yes, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.   

Q8. How to pay the amount ?

We accept the payment via “Bank Transfer” or “Rozarpay”In this case you can pay via your card.

Q9. After approve the sample minimum qty is must ?

Yes, after approve the samples minimum qty is must. If you can not fulfill the minimum qty so company not provide the samples.

About quality

Q1. How do you control the quality?
We check the finish product one by one, make sure the quality is good. Also we have the factory QC to check goods ,meanwhile your side also can arrange the third party QC to check goods on our warehouse.

Q2. How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.

Q1. What is the delivery time?

Usually, it is 15-25 days according to your quantity.
Q2. If i want the order urgently, can you make it faster?

Your urgent order is acceptable, 7-15 days is ok for some exiting models.
