1. How to choose the model?

For linear solenoid, please inform us below:

• push or pull type
• dimension limit
• stroke & force
• duty cycle

For holding electromagnet, please inform us:

• holding force you need
• dimension limit if have
• duty cycle

 2. What’s duty cycle?

Duty cycle = “ON” time /( “ON” time + “OFF” time)

E.g. each cycle time is 10s, power on 2s and power off 8s, duty cycle = 2 / (2+8) = 20%.

If you always power on, then duty cycle is 100%

3. What’s the mean of “PUSH or PULL” type for solenoid?

“PUSH” type: when power is on, the plunger will push out.

“PULL” type: when power is on, the plunger will pull back.

4. Standard technical data for holding electromagnet?

• Thermal class of electromagnet: F class, 155℃
• Remanence approx. 10% of holding force
• Tolerance of dimension: +/-0.25mm
• Water-proof: IP65
