==Product Features==

1. Auto tape feeding and sealing.

2. Sealing temperature is controlled automatically with high stability. 

   The temperature fluctuation is ±3°C.

3. Auxiliary heaters are set in the machine to adjust different temperature  according to 

   different zipper.

4. It is suitable to produce various kinds of zippers including sub-  light surface,  high light surface, fog surface, ect, ranging from 3#,5#,8# and 10#. 

   Note: other size can be chosen according to order.

Specially for manufacturing different specifications of plastic zippers,

It seals the Seam Sealing Tape into the back of zippers to make them 

waterproof when the zippers are used in various kinds of waterproof shoes,

waterproof gloves ect.

Warranty Period

First half year warranty will be provided for all electrical element of new  sold machines one year 

warranty for all mechanical parts (under warranty free replacement parts are available),Our machines are modular 

design that can repair by swapping module (free spare parts will be provided for not-consumable parts, e.g. roller, or not caused by improper use, when under warranty period).

Maintenance

All machines must be placed indoor, and cannot be under high temperature working environment.

 Air-conditioned set up would be favored.

Initial Machine Startup Installation

All machines are in good testing before delivery,once you got the machine,only connect the air 

compressor and choose language in English. Then you can set up speed and temp. according to your requirement.( Details refer to the instruction)
