Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Door: 4 pcs of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 pc of emergency door.
Air Intake System (3sets): Each set consists of 2x4kw intake fan. Total 6 units of 4kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
Air Exhaust System (3set): Each set consists of 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. Total 3 units of 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
Heating System (3set): Each set consists of 1 unit Italy Riello G20 diesel burner 200000Kcal/h. Total 3units of burners,600000Kcal/h.The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 18units x 4pcs of 15w LED lamps. Side light has 22 units x 2pcs of 15w LED lamps. Total 116 pcs of 15w LED lamps. 1000 Lux.
Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
