Stainless Steel Double jacketed kettle series strictly tally with GMP General principles'(1998 Revised Edition),

and is designed ,manufactured and accepted according to the requirements of GB150-98 Steel Pressure Vessel or JB/T4735-97 Steel Welding Normal Vessel.

1.Heat preservation material of the Double jacketed kettle adopt high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or per cotton.
2.Joints adopt international general ISO package chuck,inner container adopts imported stainless steel SUS 304 or SUS316 ,internal surface polishing.
3. Double jacketed kettle Orifice is set with level gauge (static-Pressure type,capacitance type,non-contac type ,ultra-sonic type and glass tube), air respirator,thermometer
(digital display type or dial plate type), CIP cleaning mouth , SIP sterilizing mouth, liquid entrance-exit gate and sanitary inlet.

4. Double jacketed kettle Volume Specification:100L-30000L or to be designed and manufactured at customers'actual request

• According to your product, we can configure with different mixing tool, if low viscosity product, need high speed mixer, if high viscosity product, usually high speed mixer with low speed mixer to meet different process.

• The stainless steel mixing tank can engineer heating, cooling or vacuum or other process

Jhenten Double jacketed kettle Quality Control:

 

1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality

2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized

3.After welding the the inner tank, we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint. After welding the jacket, the full water pressure test be done for jacket too

4.After finishing the surface finish, our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data.

5.After agitator installment, we will operate it to assure the function is good.

6.The nozzle's position's confirm also is checked by our quality control people.
