Plastic formwork pvc tube pipe
PVC pipes/thruty sleeve/plastic tube for tie bars- used to protect the bars from the concrete and to distance the formwork panels.
Available in sizes:dia.22/26;ribbed and smooth.
Length-standard length of 4 meters or customized.
A possibility the pipe to be cut to a preferred by the client length, in advance and conical end pieces to be put on both sides.
Plastic cones/thruty cones are used on both ends of the plastic pipe and can easly be removed leaving a tapered finish allowing easy grouting and correct cover.
Flupps/flupp plugs are a plug designed to fill the void once tie rod has been removed.
Using flupps minimises the amount of tie holer filler required.
