  • R:Yes, we do customized service as per your design or your old samples. Better send your design to our work email box(where you can find below our sales manaer's email.)

  • Q:Can you design for us?

    R:Yes, that is free service,but we need your logo in AI, COREDRAW, PDF format.

  • Q:If our quantity is small, can you make or not?

    R:Yes, we are very hopeful to help you, just the price may a bit more, but we will try to keep all goes beneficial for each of us, hope you can understand us for some production cost.

  • Q:If I want to make samples, whether it is chargable or for free?

    R: 1) For woven labels for free samples as your order confirmed.

                  woven patches/badges, we will charge, but will return in your order

        2) Hang tags/plastic hang tags/printed labels/paper bags/gift boxes, and other items, we will charge sample fees, but will return based on 10000PCS/TYPE generally. This is discussable.

  • Q: If the goods quality are not as so good as we confirmed the sample, how to deal with it?

    R: Our post service:

       1) we will carefully confirm the order details with you before production

       2) we have persons to follow the production process from every steps.

       3) our sales person will also check again before ship out. 

       4) if there occure unexpected problems during production, we will expain to you at the          firstly time and work out the ways for tags

       5) if you receive the bad quality goods not like the right one you confirmed, we will               well discuss with you for a better way to solve this problem for you.
