This Fitness Exercise Bike YB-X9 features a massive 20kg solid steel flywheel, fully adjustable to suit your level of resistance. It is very sensitive so you really can set this to your perfect level. The deep padded seat is fully adjustable up, down, forwards, backwards, and tilt, and the handlebars are also adjustable up and down. You will be able to set this bike up to give you the perfect spinning experience. 

The computer monitor displays Time, Distance, Speed, Calories, and Pulse. 

There are pulse sensors built into the handles, so you can get a good reading of how hard you are working. The handles also have built in arm/elbow rests to allow you to get a true "racing" position. 

This Spin Bike also now features double direction pedalling action (so you could go backwards if desired), and also an emergency stop lever. 

There are built in wheels to the front lower bar, making it easier to move around if you need. It also features adjustable feet to easily get the spin bike level ready for use. The pedals have adjustable straps on them.
