Sodium benzoate is a preservative. As a food additive, bacteriostatic and fungistatic under acidic conditions. It is widely used in acidic foods and a preservative cosmetics. Concentration as a food preservative and an animal food additive are limited to 0.1% by weight. Power, granular, extruded of sodium benzoate food grade for you to choose.
