Features,

(1). The diamond tipped cutter holder is mounted onto an inverter controlled, high frequency spindle. The cutter assembly runs across the material on precision linear rails, giving a smooth and accurate polish.

 

(2). Material to be polished is clamped firmly to the work table of the machine, giving maximum support and rigidity. Multiple pneumatic clamping cylinders can be adjusted for position both along and across the material, giving the ultimate in flexibility for workpiece holding.

 

(3). Dust collector is optional

 

(4). Tool’s blade is diamond material.

 

(5). Save cost. The only consumable part of the machine is the diamond tools.
