1.Custom material:All of our products can be made of various materials of paper ,such as kraft paper ,art paper, specialty paper, black/white card paper and so on.

2.Custom design:If you have your own design, welcome to send us your artwork, we can do as per customer's requirements.

3.Custom pakaging:Usually, it is 1 piece/PP bag, 60-80pcs/ctn(55*40*30). We also can pack the products acording to customers' request.

4.Custom logo/label:Your own design logo and label are welcome.

5.Custom color/size:We can make the prouducts based on your printing request , no matter what country are you from.

Packaging                                                                                       

Usually, our products are packed by high-quality export corrugated carton:

1.packed by carton directly.

2.Each bag for a product; A corrugated carton for dozens of products.

3.Each piece into a PP bag first; then in a large carton with corrugated board for layering 

Also, clients can decide the packaging way and we can customize cartons of any size based on your requirements.

Shipping                                                                                          

We provide various international express for samples, such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, USPS, ETC. Also, Sea freight, Air freight, Railway freight is available for bulk production. Certainly, we will talk to our customers on the shipping details and then choose the best option to help their transit.

1) By express, like DHL, UPS, FEDX. It is door to door. Usually, 5-7 working days to arrive.

2) By air to airport, usually 3-4 working days to arrive.

3) By sea to sea port, usually 15-30 working days to arrive.

Tips: If your delivery is very urgent, we suggest choosing express or air transportation; if not, choosing  sea transportation, because it is very cheap.

Payment and Lead time                                                                  

1: payment terms:

We can accept bank transfer, T/T, West Union and Paypal payment. First 30%-80% of full payment has to be paid as deposit and the we will start the manufacturing. The balance should be cleared before delivery.

2: Lead time:

Generally, our factory don’t have stock, because we usually produce as per customers needs. You know, every customers request is different, so we need some time for production . Normally, the lead time is 7-15 working days. Of course, it also depends on the quantity you order.

Q: How can I get a more accurate quotation?

A: You should determine the material, size, printing color, finishing, quantity and accessories.

Q: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we have our own factory and specializes in printing and packaging industry over 10 years since 2006.

Q:Can I get the sample before I place an order?

A: Of course. If you need samples, we can make it as per your request but you need pay for the freight and the cost for samples. We also can send you some cylinder box samples for your reference which we made before for free (not including the shipping fee)

Q: How long will it take to make the samples? And how about the mass production?

A:1-5 working days for samples;

The lead time of mass production depend on the quantity and manufacturing processes. Usually, it takes 7-15 working days.

Q:Can I have my own customized boxes?

A:Yes. We are a custom shop. Our production is in accordance with the specific requirements of guests, including the options of material, size and so on.

Q:If I don’t have artwork design, Could you help me design for free?

A: Yes, we have a professional design team. Just tell us your idea and we will make it come true.

Q: Can I have my logo printed on your products or outer packing boxes?

A: Yes, of course, your logo can be printed on your products by hot stamping, printing, embossing, UV coating, or labeling. It also can be printed on outer packing boxes.
