• Can you help with the design?

                   Yes, we have professional designers to help with detailed drawing.

• What's the trade term and payement term?

                   30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.

• May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

                    Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.

• What about the lead time?

                    It depends on the products. Normally 3 to 5 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

• How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

                    Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.

• What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

                   DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

• How do you compute the shipping charges?

                    We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.

• Do you have MOQ?

                    Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the items you want.
