Features:

1. This automatic double sided laminating machine able to single or double lamination for glueless film and thermal film.
2. Automatic paper feeder with oil-free vacuum pump to ensure the automatic paper feeding.
3. Man- machine interface system: color touch screen, easy for operation; it realizes automatic operation after directly data input for paper size, overlap length and working speed, working status can be tracked via the screen.
4. Automatic paper feeding system equipped with photocell detector and machine automatic stops to self- protection while short of paper, dual paper or paper breaks.
5. The upper heating roller is hot oil circularly heated, the lower heating roller is with casted aluminum heater, independent temperature control, which ensures the temperature constantly and makes it precise for the double lamination.
6. Automatic hydraulic system ensures the stable pressure and the lamination quality.
7. Air shaft convenient for film loading & unloading, the lower film loading device equipped with air brake both for film loading & film rewinding while for single side lamination.
8. Pneumatic sheet cutting system able to have sheet laminated paper.
9. The receiving table equipped for the sheet laminated paper.
