Machine Throat

I,The machine’s use

1. High productivity and good precision for metal sheets bending, different up-die and bottom-die, working for multifarious pieces. One-off bending shaped by one time stroke. Can make complex shapes by repetitious bending work. Can punch with corresponding die. 

2. Mechanical stopper in oil cylinder, typical of high feedback precision for position of gliding block ,accurate and stable operation,good synchronizing performance ,and high repeated positioning precision of gliding block.

 

II,Machine’s configuration

2.Using UG analysis(finite element analysis),Optimize the deign through the computer's assistant.

3.The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, high strength and good rigidity of machine.

1. The machine is controlled by hydraulic electric, stroker can be adjusted at random, stop moving,half automatic,automatic adjust and test.

2. Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission, provided with mechanical limit stopper and synchronous torsion bar, typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision.

3. In PUP has the function of time lacto and ensure the work piece’s precision. 

4. According to international standard ,the press angle precision can be ±45´

5. With slowly falling function, the worker can control the machine easily.
