Functional features:

Used for LED bulbs finished products inspection aging through high voltage, normal voltage, 

low voltage, roaming and fluctuation voltage ,impact functions,high temperature zones to 

observe whether shortcircuit, capacitance burst and black points will occur. Also used for 

inspecting the simulation daily use of LED lamp cycling circuit and roaming seasoning area. 

The power system uses frequency conversion speed regulation system, which is of low noise, 

easy for operation.

Motor:

adopt Taiwan brand 1500w east cropland motor, WPS80 type 1:6 0 of the speed reducer, 

the domestic well-known brand 2 HP's island converter, frequency conversion stepless speed 

regulation, linear speed 1 -5 m/min can be adjusted.

Machine body 

and stand:

Made of 40×40×1.8mm rectangle steel pipe by welding. Machine body is made with 

130×23×2mm aluminum profile. Protective board is made of 1.5mm cold steel sheet by 

bending. Support legs are equipped with galvanized adjustable soles.

Conveying chain:

double-nodes single-side-ear double-hole chain manufactured by Shanghai Chain Factory, 

20m long.

daily output:

Aging about 1680 pieces LED bulbs once a time , aging time is about 1 hour, According to 

work 10 hours every day calculation, a day of production for 21840 pieces of  LED bulbs.

Chain plate:

Made of 20mm thick 148×990×20mm cold rolling sheet, total 140 plates,each plate has 12 

pieces of E27 screw sockets, and equipped with high-disjunction small breakers (made in 

Foshan by a Sino-Foreign manufacturer); Chain plate bottom installation conduction system (

copper), each road install two conductive block, each plate were put two.

Conductive slot:

Up and down with all the conduction channel rail, the insulating rubber sheet, assembly 

stainless steel electric tank.

High temperature 

zone:

This system uses electric heated bars complete, a period of two pieces of 2000 w/set of 

electrothermal heating plate, temperature from room temperature - 60 degree, adjustable ,

digital temperature control instructions.

Detecting of the

impact of circuit:

Set any zone as cycling control zone. Shock-time by the PLC microcomputer control.

Detecting aging 

roaming zone:

Set any zone as an Roaming  zone, voltages fluctuate 180-220-250V ,(others can be set )

with the time change.

Whole line voltage 

zones:

Totally five voltage regulators,each 10kw , the effective voltage area altogether designs 

seven zones, voltage regulator three of them 0-- 250 v adjustable, two of them voltage 

regulator 0-- 300 v adjustable

Electrical appliance 

control:

Digital display is used for voltage temperature control instructions , the whole system USES 

the Chinese brand xinjie PLC control, voltage regulator five, using a distribution control 

cabinet installed beside the machine with urgent stop switch convenient to stop in time
