1)How big the company?
  We have Hundreds of people work in Yiwu and have 2 offices in China--Yiwu&Ningbo

  We own a 3000 square meters office, 8000 square meters showroom & 4000 square meters warehouse to make sure good services offering
 
2)what kind of Services we offer?
   * Issue China business Invitation Letter
   *Airport picking up
   *Hotel reservation
   *Staff Service Security (There will be sure always one worker communication & the service together with customer )
   *Collect goods and do the quantity check & quality test in warehouse
   * Arrange shipping
   * Shipping documents making
   * Factory visit oppointment
   * Do test such as SGS,TUV,ROHS if necessary
 
3) Charge for services?
    3% commission based on the value of container + $700 (40FT & 40HQ) or $550(20FT)
 
4)Payment terms
  30% deposit,  balance against copy of B/L
   L/C at sight
 
5)How to control quality
   *Colletion-- There is a team of workers take charge to the collection , checking shipping mark, quantity and apponit positon in the warehouse
   *Inspection--Open cartons to check the quality according to customers' request. Send the report to sales men for customers' analysis
   *Loading container--We have own warehouse and own professional workers to load container.  One people from Collection Team to count the quantity , one  people from the QC team to control the way how to load. It can help to avoid breakage when loading.
