Angel α-galactosidase hydrolyses the terminal alpha-galactosyl moieties from glycolipids and glycoproteins. It predominantly hydrolyzes ceramidetrihexoside, and it can catalyze the hydrolysis of melibiose into galactose and glucose.
Effects: eliminate the anti-nutritional factor, and increase the utilization of feedstuff.
