Angel α-amylase is used to hydrolyze preferentially α -1,4 linkages in short chain oligosaccharides produced by the action of other enzymes on amylose and amylopectin e.g. α-glucosidases.
Effects: eliminate the anti-nutritional factor, and increase the utilization of feedstuff.
Primary Ingredient: α-Galactosidase
