Usage of machine:

It is used to mold one piece foam bra, it can load one set of mold.

 

Equipped with cylinder and pressing plates to prevent the raw material from wrinkling, deviating and pulling during molding and with laser marking or say infrared rays to guide the material loading.

Capacity: Per cycle about 1 to 1.5 minutes/one piece of garment bra.
 

Features:

(1) This kind of machine adopts the fuselage design with high strength, which is delicate and exquisite in structure and lifts steadily.

 

(2) Using the spring-actuated pressing frame and no less than 9 infrared searching lights for positioning, it can adjust freely and bears the features such as high molding rate and good positioning.

 

(3) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating.

 

So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube's service life.
