how to put on tights ?

1: Keep your thumbs inside, pointed downward and the nail-side against you, it stops senseless snagging your hosiery. 

2: While sitting, roll tights so that your thumbs are inside one of the feet.

3:Position thumbs horizontally on either side of the foot-seam.

4:Line up seam with your four smallest toes.

5:Pull upward above just under over the knee one leg at a time.

6:Stand and pull them up the rest of the way.

7:Your thumbs should still be inside the tights.

8:Use flats of hands to adjust any wrinkles.

 

Instructions for pantyhose

1: Use a mild detergent. Any basic laundry detergent can be used when you clean your pantyhose. 

The detergent should not contain bleach. 

2:Turn the pantyhose inside out. 

This will prevent any build up of lint during washing.

3: Place in a pantyhose washer bag. 

4:Put  in the washing machine. 

5:Wash  by hand.

6:Dry n a towel.
