Description
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
This STEEL RIM ROLL FORMING MACHINE is specially designed for forming flared rims into final shape. Usually there need 3 sets of same machines with different forming rollers for this processing.
MAIN FEATURES
1- It is made of machine body, bracket and hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system and electric system.
2- Machine body: two sets of motor drive spindle 1 and spindle 2 to rotate with two directions. Adjust the inverter parameters to change the speed of two spindle rotation, which is used to promise line speed is same when two rollers touched the rims, avoid scratch rims and mold.
3- The front-end of main spindle is supported single-row cylindrical roller bearings, and after- end is supported by double row tapered roller bearings. Upper shaft bearing seat is integrated with the machine body, whic ich improve rigidity and motion accuracy
4- The lower shaft is installed in the sleeve, and the oil cylinder pushes the lower shaft sleeve to swing up and down along the supporting shaft, for the program of fast forward-slow-forward-delayed fine-rolling-fast rewind on the lower shaft. Adjust the throttle valve to adjust the speed of the oil cylinder. Adjusting the screw can change the inclination angle of the lower shaft, promise roller mold is evenly stressed.
5- The guide wheel device is used to prevent the rims from deviating. Adjust the cylinder pressure and change the pressing force of the guide wheel on the rims.
6- The supporting rack is used for positioning device of loading and unloading.
