XDEM LBQ1500 125TPH Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant, Asphalt Plant Mixer
1.Coal burning system, and oil burner system as optionation
The quick and high efficient coal crusher can integrate with timing coal powder supply, crushing coal pieces and high pressure conveying coal powder; it can provide the coal power that its size is under 50 micron for the burner. The burner takes oil supply device and wind supply device along with itself, oil for ignition, wind for combustion-supporting, which can provide sufficient heat energy for the mixing plant.
2. Control system
Use heat overload protect breaker, safe and reliable; every part control is integrated on one operation platform, convenient and shortcut; the equipment has inter-lock operation and single-machine operation two modes, convenient for equipment debugging and work according to required technics.
3.Mixing mainframe
Integrated with drying, heating and mixing, the stone material formed in-adequacy material waterfall in the drying section and go ahead promptly for preheating; and formed sufficient material waterfall and heat quickly in heating section; in mixing section spraying into asphalt, it makes the stone material and asphalt mixed equably.
4.Material supply system
It can make four different grain sizes stone material mixed well according to the construction required proportion, through middle filter that can separate the oversize grain out, the qualified stone material will be conveyed into drying drum by tilted belt conveyer.
