Taper 3-Roller Bending Machine,Plate 3 Roller Bender
Application |
This machine is symmetrical top-adjustment three-roller plate bending machine, adapted for bending metal
plate into round, arc, and so on. Its working principle is rotary bending deformation. This product is widely
used in chemical industry, Cement, shipbuilding, boiler, aviation, water control project, Power Transmission
Tower, metal structure and the industry of making machinery.
Structure and transmission |
(1) Main components
a.Top Roller & Bottom Roller
Rollers are the most important part of the equipment. The material is fine forging. After rough shaping, they
are quenched and tempered into HB240~280. Then finish machining. Finally roll surface hardening into
HRC40~45.
b.Racks
There are racks both on the left and right. They are Steel welding components. They are handled through
eliminating the welding stress. Bottom roller bearing is installed into the racks. Worm and spiral are
installed beneath. Top roller does vertical motion up and down through the rotation of the nut
of worm.
c.Reducer
All the reducers are cylindrical gear reducers. They are installed into the working base.
d.Balance device for discharge
It is installed on the side of the reducer to balance the top roller while discharging.
e.Working base
Help to install and lift. The base is made by welding shaped steel and steel plate and is handled through
eliminating the welding stress.
f.Electrical Part
Three-phase AC power 380V/50Hz.The bottom roller is driven by a main motor and the top roller is driven
by the associate motor. The controlling electrical parts are all installed into the control box. So that
the whole machine can be protected from Short-circuit and being heated.
(2) Transmission
a.The main transmission
The two bottom rollers are driving rollers and the top roller is following roller. The two lower rollers make
rotary movement in the drive of motor, speed reducer and a pair of open gear. The top roller is driven
by the friction made by the steel plate and the working rollers.
b.The deputy transmission
The top roller moves up and down through the drive of deputy motor, deputy reducer, worm and spiral.
