1. Are you a manufacturer?

2. Can we design the paper tube ourselves?

 Yes, the paper tube size depend on your need , and the printing picture is also designed according your requirement. We are a custom FACTORY, and we design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?

Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, Our minimum order quantity will be is 5000 pcs. It is recommended for you to order 1*20"GP or 1*40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost. But usually, we also accept small quantity.

4. When we finish artwork, what is the format will work?

CDR,AI, PSD and PDF format are workable.

5. How to get exact price from you?

We are a professional paper tube printed packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork, so we do not have a unified price catalog.

Our price is based on sizes(inner diameter*total height), structure, material, printing, quantity you need. Each request above is necessary.

6. Can I get some free samples?

Yes, if we have some in stock, we can provide to you for free. But if you want sample exactly as your design, we have to charge sample fee. While the samples cost can be refundable after place the order.

7. What is your sample or mass lead time?

A: Sample: 5-7 days( depends on if you need printing or not)

B:Mass: 15-25 days after receiving bank slip( depends on your specific requirements of boxes.)

8.  What is your term of delivery?

A: If you have own forwarder in China, we can just provide you EXW price.

B:If you need us to make shipment for you, we can provide you FOB, CFR, CIF etc.

C: In a word, by sea, by air or by express is up to you. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
