Its extruder,cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel that have been nitrized and processed in precision way. Hence it is sound in hardness,durable in corrosion resistance.The specially-designed screw is of sound quality in plasticizing,which helps increase the production capacity,it is applied to blowing the plastic films like low density polytene(LDPE).High density polytene(HDPE) and linear low density polytene(LLDPE). It is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff clothing,rubbish bag and vest ones.

 

 

Feature:

1).Whole machine is made of one set of traction main engine, double barrels and one die. Two barrels feed material, one die extrude the film and traction rolling device which can improve the color bar film outputs.

 

2).Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl that have been nitrided and processed in a precision way. Good hardness, hight corrosion resistance and wear well.

 

3).Die with hard chrome plating, spiral core shaft type. The melting charge extruded in equality, and the film blown with good fineness. Air cooling device is U maze with balance airflow
