Product introduction(JK-QX07):

 

The utility model relates to a motor stator wire drawing machine, including the working table and coil inserting tooling across from the center of the stator core welt under tension. The working table is equipped with tension driving device which could impose drawing force along with the stator core axial direction, and the stator clamping device at the side of the tension driving device. The stator clamping device is constituted with fixed seat, connecting sleeve, holding seat, movable fixture. The worker transfer the coil windings to the inserting tooling, the tension driving device then imposes force on the inserting tooling, the coil windings will be inserted into the stator core slots with the inserting tooling drawn through the stator core.

It is labour saving, and improves the working efficience.
