1.Do you have MOQ ?

In the first order we will not  require you for the MOQ and from the next order the  MOQ is 20 units,you can mix many models in one container.

2.Do you provide the warranty ?

Yes we are the factory which focus on the products quality, we always provide 2-3 years guarantee to our customers.

3.How long will the cargos take for delivery?

It will take us around 25-30 days to finish all the production.

4.If i need one sample do I need to paid for it and how long will I get the sample ?

We will prepare the sample for you within 5 days, the sample cost and air freight will be paid back when we get a 40HQ container from you.

5.If I have special require on color and logo can you do that ?

Any colors you prefer for we can changed the color as your requirement,and also we can put your logo or mark on the chairs.

6.What about your payment term?

We can accept TT payment or the LC at sight payment.
